Spain and the Netherlands played a nasty, physical final in the last World Cup, and they meet again on Friday (3 p.m. ET, ESPN). Their Group B match is the highlight of the day, and given the presence of Chile in the group, neither team can afford a loss.
This Spain team isn’t quite as youthful as the one that won the last World Cup, but they’re still loaded with players that put together great club seasons. All your favorites from the last World Cup are back, save for Carles Puyol, who has retired from international duty. The same goes for the Netherlands, who will rely on the attacking trident of Wesley Sneijder, Robin van Persie and Arjen Robben.
