Well! continuing with London Fashion Week after three amazing days lets take you the fourth one.
The day starts with Antonio Berardi
DESIGNER NAME: Antonio Berardi
BACKGROUND: Antonio studied at the prestigious Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London while at the same time working as John Galliano’s assistant. The collection he created in his final year as a student, 1994, created a professional-sized splash, attracting the attention of London buyers, including Liberty and A La Mode. Berardi launched his first professional collection the next season.
DESIGNER NAME: Roksanda Ilincic
BACKGROUND: Roksanda is a graduate of the Central St Martins MA Womenswear Course.
Very good choice of colours and really artistic designing by Roksanda.
DESIGNER NAME: Erdem Moralioglu
BACKGROUND: “I was born in Montreal, Canada. I lived just outside the city, near a very large lake.” Erdem studied at the Royal College of Art. He worked for a designer in New York before setting up his own label.
Erdem has received numerous accolades over the years, including the 2008 British Fashion Council’s Fashion Forward Award; the 2010 inaugural Vogue / British Fashion Council Designer Fashion Fund Award, the 2012 British Fashion Council’s New Establishment Award and the 2013 British Fashion Council’s Red Carpet Award.

DESIGNER NAME: Michael van der Ham
BACKGROUND: Born in The Netherlands. Michael graduated from the MA fashion course at Central Saint Martins. He has worked at Sophia Kokosalaki and Alexander McQueen.
DESIGNER NAME: Blue Farrier
DESIGNER NAME: Christopher Kane
DESIGNER NAME: Thomas Tait
BACKGROUND: Thomas is from Montreal, Canada. He completed a technical degree in womenswear at College LaSalle in Montreal, followed by an MA in womenswear at Central Saint Martins, London
DESIGNER NAMES: Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos
BACKGROUND: Pilotto is half-Austrian, half-Italian and De Vos is half-Belgian, half-Peruvian. The designers met whilst studying at Antwerp’s Royal Academy of Fine Arts in the year 2000
DESIGNER NAME: Giles Deacon
BACKGROUND: After graduating from Central Saint Martins in 1992, Giles worked with Jean Charles De Castelbajac in Paris for 2 years. From 1998 until 2002 he was a designer at Bottega Veneta and the Gucci Group. In February 2004, Giles presented his first collection at London Fashion Week at the Chelsea Pensioner’s Club at the Chelsea Royal Hospital. The show was styled by Katie Grand with music by Steve Mackey of Pulp and lighting by John Akehurst. Models included Karen Elson, Eva Herzigova and Nadja Auerman. The collection was featured in American, British, Japanese, Italian and French Vogue, as well as W, Harper’s Bazaar, POP and i-D and was bought by Harvey Nichols, Liberty and Selfridges. In November 2004 Giles was awarded ‘Best New Designer’ at the British Fashion Awards. This was followed by Giles being awarded the Elle ‘Best New Designer’ award in February 2005. In November 2006 Giles was awarded ‘British Designer of the Year’ at the British Fashion Awards.
